FAQs

Ayurveda a science of life which includes diagnosis, physical treatments, the responsibility of the therapist, Ayurveda is a distillate evolutionary experience. One of the most important values of man is his spirituality and Ayurveda uses everything from the principles of nature, her inner balance and its products to consider the individual as a whole mind body and spirit.
Doshas are 3 fundamental energy principles that are found in every individual. Just like everyone has a unique fingerprint, each individual has a pattern of energy- a unique combination of physical, mental and emotional characteristics which comprise their own constitution. Ayurveda identifies Doshas as Vata, Pitta, Kapha ( since there are no exact single words, we use the original Sanskrit words). These 3 Doshas work together to preserve health of an individual. Ayurveda believes illness is caused by the imbalance of these 3 Doshas in body. So, it is essential to keep them in balance for those who seek true health.
